Salted Fish: To prepare this delicious Balochi dish, fish, fenugreek, tomatoes, Balochi curd, ground pomegrante, onion, garlic and fish spices are used.
Eggplant Fish: This dish is prepared from eggplant, tomato, green pepper, onion, tomato paste, chopped coriander, milk fish and vegetable spices.
Kotuk: Kotuk is one of the centuries-old delicious Balochi dishes. To prepare this dish, first roll the river fish in breadcrumbs, then fry in plenty of oil. When all the fish are fried, pound them in a mortar until they are crushed. Next, pound the dried pomegranate seeds separately in a mortar and pour some boiling water on it. Now add the oil with which you fried the fish to the pomegranate juice and put some thyme in it. Finally, mix the crushed fish and this pomegranate sauce together.
Fish Stew: Fish stew is one of the traditional stews of Sistan and Baluchistan province, which is similar to fish roe.
Fish Cutlet: It is prepared from fish, potato, green pepper, coriander, egg, hot spices, crushed coriander seed, pakora flour and breadcrumbs.
Prawn Pilaf: It is one of the other Balochi seafood dishes.
